Action For Children

Action for Children is a national charity that runs many projects for children and young people

The Disability Team Around the Family team is a consortia that supports families with disabled children and young adults in a variety of ways. It is led by Action For Children based from their Canton offices and includes the Parents Federation, Diverse Cymru, SNAP Cymru, Barnados and Cathays playschemes.

If you care for a disabled child or young person under 25 you can contact the team and be signposted to a variety of services.
