Age Concern Welfare Rights Service

The Welfare Rights Service provides support and advice to older people on all aspects of benefit claims if you are over 60 years of age, live in the Vale of Glamorgan or Cardiff Area. The service provides advice on benefits such as Pension Credit, Housing Benefit, Attendance Allowance and Disability Living Allowance. Advice is available either at their offices at Fairwater or a home visit can be arranged to help fill in the benefit forms.

If a person has been turned down for a benefit in which their service completed the claim form, they can help make an appeal.
