Cardiff Third Sector Council (C3SC)
C3SC (formerly Voluntary Action Cardiff (VAC) aims to promote social justice by supporting
the development of a vibrant and flourishing voluntary and community sector in Cardiff.
C3SC is the County Voluntary Council (CVC) and umbrella organisation for voluntary and community organisations in Cardiff. C3SC’s services include a number of Networks and Forums, Training, Information Sheets, Newsletters and various other support to its members.
