Hamilton St, Canton, Cardiff

This service is run by Innovate Trust and provides short breaks for the respite of families
with younger adults having learning and other disabilities.

The service can accommodate 4 persons at a time, with support based on a community
care assessment. Referrals are made via Cardiff Social Services - Learning disability Team. Guests can access a range of activities within the accommodation and in the community.

The service can help young people to gain some measure of independence, socialise and begin the transition to adulthood with appropriate support.
