Reach

Reach is a support provider. They can provide support from an hour a week to 24 hour staffed supported living. The staff team at reach are experienced in supporting people with a wide range of support needs and reach is committed to the use of person centred planning through its Individual Service Designs.

They are able to provide support to people with learning disabilities in their own home and can also assist in finding suitable accommodation. They are experienced in working with private landlords as well as housing associations and have even assisted people to purchase a house of their own.

Reach provides support throughout South Wales and South West England and have a dedicated team covering Cardiff and the Vale.
