The Friendly Trust

The Friendly Trust providing advice and practical help to disabled people (including people with learning disabilities), and people who have a disabling illness (including mental health problems) their families and carers to promote personal financial independence and security.

The Friendly Trust can:

• Assist people who need help to manage their money; claim their rights to benefits;
• Advise families how they can plan for the future of their disabled relative; advise on making wills and setting up trust funds for the benefit of a disabled or ill relative;
• Manage trusts and act as Deputy for the Court of Protection; Lessen or eradicate vulnerability to financial abuse.
