ValePlus

ValePlus offers a variety of educational, workplace training, social and recreational opportunities for adults (16+). Daytime activities include accredited computer and lifeskills courses, personal and social education, cookery, gardening and crafts. Saturday socials are twice a month, offering a morning of art, music, pool, and computers followed by a visit to the cinema, bowling, tennis, funfair, etc.

Returning to Learning
This is a new project offering a service to people with a mild learning disability who want to gain
greater autonomy and independence with a view to seeking employment.

Llantwit Major Outreach Service
This service is available for people in the Western Vale, available on Thursdays and Fridays at present.

Saturday Socials
Operate twice a month. Activities are decided by the group and favourites include the cinema,
bowling, tennis and visits to local events.
