Vision 21

Vision 21 aims to enable people with a learningdisability to move on to open employment,
training or education by:

• Providing a flexible service which responds to individual needs
• Providing a stimulating and enjoyable work environment
• Developing practical and social skills which will help people to move on
• Promoting independence and helping people to acquire a valued role in society
• Providing a nationally recognised model of good practice and nationally approved qualifications.
• Providing training to students with borderline learning disabilities
• School and College Placements
• Support with transition to workplace
