Wales Learning Disability Helpline
The Wales Learning Disability Helpline is an advice and information service for people with
a learning disability, their families and carers. It also provides advice and information to anyone wanting to know about learning disability issues and services.
The helpline is made up of a bi-lingual telephone helpline, Regional Officers, Benefits Adviser and the Mencap website. Regional Officers support people with a learning disability, their parents and carers to resolve their issue. The level of support someone can receive varies depending on a number of individual factors.
Helpline open:
Monday to Friday 10am to 6pm
Weekends and Bank Holidays 10am to 4pm
